| Once a molar has been sectioned, the remaining root fragments need to be teased out of the furcation rather than forced, and the angled triangular tip of this Cryer elevator is shaped for exactly that: it wedges into the space the sectioning bur created and levers the root coronally with the crest of bone as the fulcrum. This is the left-angled version, intended to pair with a right-angled Cryer for the opposite root or the opposite side of the arch. 8mm tip width suits standard molar furcations. Autoclavable stainless steel, EUR 24.99 excluding VAT. |
