Returns & Refunds Policy

At ADM Instruments, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags/seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items — such as opened or used dental/surgical instruments — cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@adminstruments.it with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@adminstruments.it with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@adminstruments.it.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@adminstruments.it.
