Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping (Italy): 3–5 business days
- Standard Shipping (EU): 5–8 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
